昨天,開始了為期十二天的訓練課程,每三天一個課題。這三天是討論Leadership。學習主要是透過個案討論,擷取分析的要點。因為各同學均來自不同的機構及背景,故得出很多不一樣的要點及結論,並且體驗團隊的管理及優劣。
Important Points
Leader role is to take the member to right direction and reached the destination.
1) Search for more alternatives
2) More information, more clear pic you get (try to get use of avaliable information, not necessary to get more outside information if timing not allowed
3) Open mind to accept other idea/ opinion (we don’t know everything)
4) focus on implementation (place resource to do it well)
5) Learn from mistake
Aware
1) he/she thinks he/she is an expertise, or we believe he/she is an expertise, but actually he/she is not. It will lead all members to an astray.
Reflection
1) always make a decision in a wrong approach/ without enough evaluation of external envirnoments and information.
2) your team members can provide some information you never know/ come arcoss.
